Terms & Conditions

1.These terms & conditions apply to all orders. Placing an order with Canvaspoint  is deemed as acceptance of these terms & conditions.

2. You agree to allow Canvaspoint to keep digital copies of the image(s), which will only be reproduced with the express permission of you (for re-ordering purposes).

3. Rejected orders will have the photo returned to the sender, unless it is defamatory, offensive, obscene or indecent.

4. Canvaspoint does not accept liability for damaged caused to your supplied photo.

5. Canvaspoint  may refuse to reproduce a photo if  Canvaspoint believe that you do not or may not have the rights and/or permission.

6. Photo reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be exact. All original images printed by canvaspoint are colour correct and are of high resolution to give you the very best possible print.

7. Orders are in most cases fulfilled within 7 days, however, please allow plenty of time if your order is date dependent (Birthday gift etc.)

8. Prices set out are valid until 28th Feb 2007. Individual quotes remain valid for a period of one month.

9. All original canvases ordered from canvaspoint are limited to only 500 prints. The licence on the image remains the property of canvspoint or the photographer/artist. No reproduction is permitted by either, copy, scanning or any other duplication method.

10. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

11. Delivery is by courier unless otherwise stated on order.
